Lucky Vega's first produce hit the track in 2025 with his highest priced yearling costing €180,000, she was actually bred at Glebe Farm!

He's had some stylish winners to date, with the bulk of his success coming from Down under, highlighted by G2 winner Within The Law, who should have won the G1 Champagne Stakes.

In the UK, Lam Yai would be the most high profile performer, she is dual stakes placed and is highly thought of by the Burke team.

Whilst he was a G1 winner himself as a 2yo, Lucky Vega's best performance came in the 2000 Guineas and all of his offspring shape like they will improve at three.

The mare herself was a talented animal, finishing fourth in a G3 and she appears to have passed down that ability, with two of the three previous foals, recording an RPR of 99 and 100.

She is by Nunthorpe and July Cup winner, Stravinsky, who has an excellent record as a damsire, being responsible for many G1 winners, Rip Van Winkle, Tepin and  Lankan Rupee to name but a few.

Our relationship with Ollie has grown year on year since our first purchase, Really Darn Hot, who was purchased at the Guineas breeze up sale in 2025.

Ollie has gone on to accomplish plenty in such a short training career, with the majority of his high profile success coming in the shape of fillies which particularly suits our business model.

We've already tasted stakes success with Glamis Road, a moderately priced animal who exceeded expectation by winning the Listed Herod stakes in 2024.

Artista was a similarly priced horse from the same sale in 2024 and she went on to pick up a €50,000 Goffs bonus, a feat will believe we can achieve with this filly.

As highlighted, this filly has been entered for the Goffs Two Million Series.

This see's our filly eligible for a €50,000 bonus in 2026, with us collecting three bonuses in 2025, more than any other owner in the UK.

As she qualifies for band C races, her task will be made somewhat easier when we are plotting her early campaign and providing we have her ready to run within the first half of the season, we are confident our knowledge of the form book and string of contacts see's us have a distinctive advantge over our rivals.

We could also look to pursue an entry in the Goffs Million final that is ran at the Curragh late in September with €500,000 going to the winner and even €10,000 going to tenth place!
