DARK ANGEL X TORRICELLA

“She ticks almost every box!"

We’ve had to be patient over the first two days of the Goffs Orby yearling sale but we have struck late on day two with a Dark Angel filly who ticks virtually every box!

The Goffs Orby sale was extremely good to us in 2024, we picked up three €50,000 bonuses in the UK with our fillies and we are determined to repeat that feat in 2026.

This filly was right towards the top of our list of fillies that we thought would be buyable with the bulk of our shortlist making six figures so far at the sale.

She is by Dark Angel who stands himself at Yeomanstown with a cover fee of €60,000.

Yeomanstown have offered four yearlings by their stallion so far in the catalogue with the other three other than ourselves all making a least €170k!

She has an excellent pedigree, out of a Dubawi mare who is a half sister to Territories with her pedigree sheet littered with stakes performers.

This season’s 2yo is currently rated 92 with the first foal making £200,000 but sadly she didn’t make the track.

The Dark Angel x Dubawi cross has also produced a long list of well above average animals with several stakes performers including Real World who was rated 124!

She will go into training with Karl Burke, he loved her and has taken a leg based on his high opinion of the filly.

Looking ahead, she will creep into the band B bracket which will make things easier when she does hit the track, especially when we are targeting the €50,000 bonuses that will once again be available. 

Her upfront fees include the €5,000 payment for the Goffs Millions.
