CATURRA X HONKY TONKY SALLY - On the gallops 10/1/26
She is cantering 5 furlong now in her normal routine. She has been a pleasure to train to date and has been very straightforward and professional. She leads the string, is a lovely, clean and very easy mover. She looks very precocious and looks like she will be early. She has been on the grass and has been upsides. I think she is a really nice filly to look forward to for the months of April and May of the season. Ed Smyth Osborne 10th Jan

We have been very impressed with Edward's stats this season from limited resources and we were keen to get another filly to him for 2026. He's operating at a 15% strike rate since he started training and he's had two debutant two year old winners from just three runners, with one of those going onto finishing fourth in the Listed Star Stakes. We have a smart filly in training with him who should be making her racecourse debut in September and we've had nothing but positive vibes off him since we purchased her privately.
This filly is a first season sire by Caturra, who is a son of Mehmas, who's day in the son came in the Group One Flying Childers. Our filly looks all speed and we'll be hoping to be on the track in the first couple of months of the season, targeting the valuable restricted fillies races that we have had so much success in recent seasons, a common theme with all of yesterdays purchases!
