The team at Spigot lodge continue to be very happy with her.
She is taking a lead from a Blackbeard filly with a Havana Grey and Perfect Power 2yo in behind.

Our Ardad filly was one of the first 2yo's to step foot into the main yard at Karl's following a successful breaking in process at Phil Makin's.
James, the yards assistant trainer tells me that she is improving all the time and she has strengthened plenty over the Christmas period.
Every time she goes out on the gallops, she is impressing given her small purchase price and the company she is keeping.
She will be one of our first runners of the 2026 flat season.
ARDAD FILLY HEADING TO KARL BURKE
Ardad burst onto the scene as a stallion back in 2021/2022 with several group winners, none more so than Group One winner, Perfect Power who now stands himself in the stallion shed at Dalham Hall Stud. Ardad would then fall victim to a couple of seasons of smaller crops which is very common with new stallions as they often don’t have the mares to back them up straight away. His numbers increased again for 2025 and he’s enjoyed several stakes winners from a relatively small number of foals, Tadej, Wor Faayth and Queen Martina are all stakes winners this year with several high quality maiden winners following them up.
The mare is from a talented family, nine out of her ten siblings won races including two Stakes winners, with multiple group winner, Absolutely So being one of them.
Again this filly will be on the track in the first half of the season, she has a little more substance to her and should be ready in the weeks leading up to Royal Ascot, she looks an early contender for the Woodcote Stakes!
Karl has also taken a share in this filly and we thank him for that once again.
